Required Qualifications

• 5+ years leading high-performance tech teams in dynamic environments
• Strong experience in AI/ML systems, including LLMs and automation workflows
• Proven ability to design scalable architectures and distributed systems
• Hands-on experience with tools such as LangChain, AWS, and FastAPI
• Data-driven mindset with experience defining and tracking KPIs
