AI & Automation Lead

Job Summary

To support the transition to an AI-first organization, the full-time remote AI & Automation Lead will manage the development and deployment of AI and automation solutions, ensuring security and scalability while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain shared infrastructure for secure web app hosting and centralized resources for the organization
• Oversee the review and advisory process for corporate AI and automation builds, ensuring compliance and efficiency before deployment
• Collaborate with AI specialists to identify and implement AI solutions that meet organizational standards for cost and security

Required qualifications

• Minimum of five years in technical operations, IT, or support roles with a focus on systems integration and automation
• Proven experience building and deploying AI integrations and automation workflows using tools like n8n, Workato, or Zapier
• Hands-on experience with large language model tools and a practical understanding of their operational risks
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, particularly GCP, including secure hosting patterns and secrets management
• Ability to influence and communicate effectively across all levels of the organization without formal authority
