Job Summary

A company is looking for an AI & Automation Manager (m/f/d).

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a strategic partner to senior leadership, prioritizing and leading high-impact automation projects from concept to deployment
• Analyze AI tool market trends and create scalable playbooks based on insights
• Design and implement business-critical workflows to enhance operational efficiency

Required Qualifications:

• Technically conversant in AI tool architectures with experience in workflow automations
• Data-driven thinker with the ability to analyze and synthesize complex data
• Proactive builder with experience in identifying and solving operational friction points
• 1-3 years of experience in a fast-paced environment, such as a hyper-growth start-up
• Excellent English skills for distilling complex concepts into clear insights
