Job Summary

Excited about leveraging technology to enhance efficiency, the full-time AI & Automation Specialist will execute automation projects across various banking operations, utilizing tools like Microsoft 365 and AI technologies in a remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute a backlog of automation projects, including NSF processing and employee onboarding
• Build and maintain automation workflows using Microsoft Power Automate and SharePoint
• Explore and implement AI tools to improve bank workflows and processes

Required Qualifications:

• Genuine passion for technology and process improvement
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 tools, particularly SharePoint and Power Automate
• Ability to learn new systems quickly
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through on automation reliability
