AI Automation Specialist

Job Summary

To support a dynamic online education platform, the full-time remote AI Automation & Optimization Specialist will analyze and enhance existing processes, implement automation tools, and manage technical requests across various departments.

Key responsibilities:

• Analyze and improve existing processes across departments such as Sales and Customer Support
• Reduce manual work through automation tools and AI-based solutions
• Handle technical requests and resolve issues related to tools like HubSpot, Aircall, and Stripe

Required qualifications:

• Mid-level experience in automation, process optimization, or operations
• Practical experience using AI tools for process optimization
• Experience with no-code/low-code automation tools such as Zapier and n8n
• Ability to work independently with documentation and troubleshooting resources
• Strong communication skills to explain technical topics to non-technical stakeholders
