AI Automation Sustainment Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for an AI and Automation Sustainment Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee business-as-usual support for automation, RPA, RDA, and AI solutions to ensure stability and continuous value generation
• Establish and manage lifecycle standards for automation and AI capabilities, including onboarding and performance tuning
• Define and monitor performance metrics to assess solution effectiveness and provide operational visibility

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in IT operations, production support, automation, or AI sustainment roles
• Experience supporting automation and/or AI solutions in production environments
• Proven ability to manage complex dependencies and lifecycle transitions across teams
• Strong knowledge of RPA, RDA, and AI-enabled automation concepts
• Experience applying Lean Six Sigma and organizational change management principles
