Job Summary

A company is looking for an AI BDC Manager to oversee the onboarding and success of AI agents for dealership clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the onboarding process for new dealership clients and serve as the main point of contact during implementation and after go-live
  • Train dealership teams on workflows, call handling, and appointment scheduling while ensuring configurations are accurate and live without issues
  • Monitor performance metrics and maintain detailed records in internal systems, coordinating across teams to remove blockers quickly
Required Qualifications
  • 3-7 years of experience managing or training a Sales or Service BDC in a dealership or group
  • Highly organized with a talent for managing multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Experience with Schedulers and DMS tools such as Dealer-fx, MyKaarma, Tekion, CDK, or Reynolds
  • Ability to communicate clearly with both store leadership and front-line teams
  • Demonstrated ownership of outcomes and a commitment to creating great customer experiences
