Job Summary

A company is looking for an AI Business Systems Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and document customer friction points and underutilized opportunities in chat-enabled self-service channels
  • Develop conversational flows for customer self-service and agent-facing solutions
  • Evaluate existing capabilities and incorporate workflow automation into conversational experiences

Required Qualifications:
  • Hands-on experience in developing and tuning Natural Language Understanding (NLU) models
  • Experience in analyzing performance of automated self-service platforms
  • Experience in customer service or contact center environment
  • Comfort operating in global environments across cultures and time zones
  • Experience with productivity suites like Microsoft, Google, etc
