AI Business Analyst
Job Summary
A company is looking for an AI Business Analyst to design, build, and scale AI-powered agents and automations that enhance business processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with stakeholders to understand workflows and identify opportunities for AI agents and automation
- Configure and implement AI agents and automate business processes using Glean and Workato
- Define and track KPIs to measure performance and recommend continuous improvements
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in business process analysis, operations analysis, or automation delivery
- Experience delivering workflow automations and/or integrations, preferably with iPaaS
- Working knowledge of APIs, SaaS systems, and integration concepts
- Practical understanding of LLM/AI concepts and their application in business workflows
- Experience with Workato and Glean is preferred
