Job Summary

A company is looking for an AI Business Analyst to design, build, and scale AI-powered agents and automations for improving business processes.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with stakeholders to identify use cases and translate operational needs into requirements
Configure and implement AI agents and automate business processes using Glean and Workato
Collaborate on governance, security, and compliance while measuring performance and recommending improvements

Required Qualifications

2+ years of experience in business process analysis, operations analysis, or automation delivery
Experience in delivering workflow automations and/or integrations, preferably with iPaaS
Working knowledge of APIs, SaaS systems, and integration concepts
Practical understanding of LLM/AI concepts and their application in business workflows
Experience with change management and adoption strategies for new tools/processes is preferred
