Job Summary

A company is looking for an AI Business Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct customer discovery interviews to identify workflows, pain points, and integration requirements
• Translate validated customer needs into working software prototypes using AI tools and document workflows for the product team
• Support the sales team with technical demonstrations and collaborate with engineering on API and GraphQL requirements

Required Qualifications

• Daily working use of AI coding and prototyping tools (Cursor, Claude, GitHub Copilot, or equivalent)
• 2+ years in a business analyst, solutions consultant, implementation consultant, or professional services delivery role
• Ability to conduct independent, customer-facing discovery sessions and translate outputs into actionable requirements
• Experience producing working software demos rather than wireframes or slide decks
• Preferred experience in device repair, reverse logistics, or adjacent industries
