Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI capabilities in core systems to ensure they meet business outcomes
• Collaborate with technical teams to document findings and translate them into user stories and product requirements
• Recommend improvements to AI functionalities based on performance and user feedback

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
• 8-12 years of experience in business analysis, quality assurance, or systems evaluation, preferably in the insurance or healthcare sectors
• Deep subject matter expertise in claims, health call centers, or health plan administration
• Experience with data analysis tools and log analysis
• Familiarity with AI/ML systems and agile collaboration tools is a plus
