AI Business Analyst

Job Summary

To support innovative AI initiatives, the full-time AI Business Analyst will lead discovery workshops, build detailed process models, and drive process optimization in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate discovery interviews and workshops to understand client processes and operations
• Build clear process models and drive design-thinking sessions to optimize workflows for AI implementation
• Develop business cases with measurable outcomes and partner with technical teams to translate business needs into actionable plans

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, or related client-facing roles
• Proven success in delivering technology-driven process improvements, including AI and automation
• Strong expertise in process modeling and improvement methodologies such as Lean and Kaizen
• Hands-on experience with AI tools, including Generative AI and workflow automation
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
