AI Business Architect

Job Summary

A company is looking for an AI Business Architect (People & Operations).

Key Responsibilities

• Develop AI readiness strategy and knowledge management systems for the Operations and People teams
• Design operating models and governance frameworks to facilitate collaboration and sustained adoption of AI initiatives
• Lead capability-building programs and ensure AI integration into daily operations and cultural change

Required Qualifications

• 8-12+ years of experience in Business Transformation, Strategy & Operations, or related fields
• Demonstrated ability to design enterprise-wide operating models and governance frameworks
• Expertise in Generative AI and Agentic Automation, particularly in knowledge management
• Strong command of Change Management methodologies with a focus on behavioral transformation
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
