Job Summary
Leading the transformation of Sales Operations into an AI-first organization, the full-time AI Business Architect will work remotely to define and execute AI strategies, redesign sales processes, and architect AI-powered solutions across CRM and enterprise platforms.
Key responsibilities
- Define and execute the AI strategy and roadmap for Sales Operations, prioritizing opportunities for AI and automation
- Architect AI-powered solutions and design intelligent workflows that integrate with existing systems

Required qualifications
- 8-12+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Business Architecture

- Demonstrated experience in business transformation and implementing operating models
- Practical knowledge of Generative AI, AI agents, and workflow automation
- Experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise systems and managing data governance
