AI Business Automation Specialist
Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the AI Business Automation Specialist will manage process transformation, implement AI and automation solutions, and oversee systems rollouts across a portfolio of B2B SaaS companies.
Key responsibilities
- Map broken processes and redesign workflows to improve team operations
- Build and implement AI-powered workflows for various business functions using automation tools
- Analyze business data and create dashboards and KPI reports to support decision-making
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Automation, Digital Transformation, Operations, or Systems Implementation
- Hands-on experience with automation platforms such as Make, Zapier, or UiPath
- Active experience with AI tools like Claude or ChatGPT
- Advanced skills in Excel, including formulas and dashboards
- Familiarity with CRM, Helpdesk, ERP, or HRMS systems
