AI Business Automation Specialist

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the AI Business Automation Specialist will focus on transforming business processes, implementing AI-powered workflows, and managing systems rollouts across a portfolio of B2B SaaS companies.

Key responsibilities

• Map broken processes and redesign workflows to improve team operations
• Build and implement AI-driven workflows for various business functions, including sales and support
• Oversee the rollout and improvement of CRM, Helpdesk, ERP, and other systems to enhance user adoption and data management

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Automation, Digital Transformation, or Systems Implementation
• Hands-on experience with automation platforms such as Make, Zapier, or UiPath
• Active experience with AI tools like Claude or ChatGPT
• Proficiency in advanced Excel functions, including dashboards and data validation
• Familiarity with CRM, Helpdesk, ERP, or project management tools
