Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Business Consultant, AI.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead consulting projects to drive process improvement and ensure business readiness for AI solutions
• Consult with clients to understand their business and technical processes, and AI implementation needs
• Provide best practice recommendations for self-service and AI software solutions to optimize business processes

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in self-service or AI software domains
• Degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field preferred
• Experience with contact center enterprise software and digital self-service channels
• Knowledge management expertise and experience with generative AI in customer service is a plus
• Proven ability to handle senior executive audiences and lead project teams effectively
