AI Business Engagement Manager

Job Summary

Supporting the Enterprise AI Office transformation, the full-time remote AI Business Engagement Manager will help teams identify and prioritize opportunities for artificial intelligence to enhance products and workflows while ensuring alignment with enterprise priorities and responsible AI practices.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate structured intake conversations to translate business challenges into defined opportunity statements
• Support evaluation of AI opportunities and ensure stakeholders understand related tradeoffs and dependencies
• Coordinate AI demand with execution teams, ensuring clarity on scope and resources

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Data Science, or related technical field
• 6+ years of experience in business consulting, business analysis, product strategy, or transformation
• AIGP Certification preferred
• Experience implementing enterprise-level AI, automation, or digital transformation initiatives
• Experience working cross-functionally with senior leadership and stakeholders
