AI Business Intelligence Developer

Job Summary

Designing and implementing AI-powered automation solutions, the fully remote AI Business Intelligence Developer will create dashboards, semantic data models, and intelligent workflows to enhance data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain enterprise dashboards, scorecards, and reports using AI-assisted development
• Design and deploy AI agents and automated workflows to streamline business processes
• Ensure secure data integration and compliance with data governance and privacy standards

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 3-7 years of experience developing business intelligence, analytics, or data solutions
• Experience implementing Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Azure AI, or similar AI technologies
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in SQL and data integration processes (ETL/ELT)
• Knowledge of data governance and responsible AI practices
