AI Business Process Engineer

Job Summary

Transforming the People organization, the full-time remote AI Business Process Engineer will design and build AI-powered automations to enhance operational effectiveness and employee experiences across HR functions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and redesign workflows to eliminate manual tasks and improve productivity across the People organization
• Build and maintain automation workflows primarily within the Microsoft ecosystem, integrating various HR systems and tools
• Support AI adoption by partnering with stakeholders to identify use cases and document workflows for effective user enablement

Required qualifications

• Experience mapping, redesigning, and improving business processes
• Hands-on experience building automation workflows within platforms such as Microsoft Power Automate and Power Platform
• Experience working with APIs, webhooks, integrations, and business systems
• Practical experience applying AI tools in real business workflows
• Ability to independently manage multiple concurrent projects and priorities
