AI Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary

Translating ambiguous business problems into well-defined AI use cases, the temporary AI Business Systems and Prompt Analyst will work remotely to document data and process requirements, develop low code/no code AI agents, and operationalize generative AI solutions across various functions.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct discovery sessions with stakeholders to identify AI and automation use cases, assessing feasibility and expected value
• Document functional requirements, acceptance criteria, and design prompts for AI-enabled systems while maintaining a prioritized use case backlog
• Lead change management activities, including stakeholder training and process documentation, to ensure sustained adoption of AI solutions

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, computer science, analytics, or a related field
• Business analysis certification (IIBA CBAP, CCBA, CBDA, or PMI-PBA) and agile delivery certification (CSM, PSPO, or SAFe)
• 3 to 6 years of experience engaging with business stakeholders to elicit requirements for AI-enabled workflows
• Practical implementation experience with Microsoft Power Platform tools, including Power Automate and Power Apps
• Strong understanding of advanced prompt engineering concepts and experience testing AI solutions for quality assurance
