Job Summary

To support a growing digital marketing practice, the full-time AI Business Systems Engineer will apply AI across various departments, design and implement cross-functional systems, and enhance operational efficiency while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary expert in applying AI solutions across Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance
• Map business processes, identify bottlenecks, and design AI-driven workflows to eliminate manual tasks
• Translate business needs into structured system designs and manage projects from conception to production

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of professional experience in building cross-functional business systems
• Proven track record of implementing AI solutions in production environments
• Strong familiarity with AI models and automation platforms
• Experience with APIs and system integration
• Background in operations, consulting, or startup/scale-up environments preferred
