AI Business Transformation Consultant

Job Summary

To support a growing portfolio of B2B software businesses, the full-time remote AI Business Transformation Consultant will work directly with business leaders to identify operational challenges, redesign processes, and implement AI-driven solutions that enhance efficiency and effectiveness across various functions.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with business leaders to conduct discovery sessions, translate problems into clear requirements, and map current-state processes to identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities
• Design and implement AI-enabled workflows and automation solutions, ensuring alignment with business needs while evaluating risks and success metrics
• Analyze operational data to provide actionable insights and build management reports, dashboards, and KPI frameworks for ongoing performance measurement

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Business Consulting, Business Transformation, or related fields
• Proven skills in process mapping, root-cause analysis, and solution design
• Hands-on experience with modern AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar platforms
• Experience implementing or improving business systems like CRM, ERP, or project management platforms
• Strong proficiency in Excel for business analysis, including advanced functions and data validation
