AI Business Transformation Lead

Job Summary

Partnering with senior leaders, the full-time salaried Agentic AI Lead (Business Transformation) will design and implement AI-powered processes, drive measurable outcomes, and champion cultural change in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design Tilt's future operating systems by diagnosing pain points and co-designing AI-first processes
• Shape the agentic operating model by integrating autonomous tools and human judgment into decision-making
• Lead proof-of-concepts and translate learnings into scalable frameworks across functions

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in business transformation, product strategy, or technical operations
• Proven success in leading cross-functional initiatives that reimagine systems or workflows
• Strong technical literacy with AI tools and automation platforms
• Bachelor's degree in a technical or quantitative field; MBA is a plus
• Familiarity with data architecture and integration principles in AI-driven environments is preferred
