Job Summary

A company is looking for an AI Business Transformation & Design Strategist.

Key Responsibilities

Lead workshops to identify AI opportunities and develop deployment strategies for procurement workflows
Conduct maturity audits to assess AI readiness and mitigate internal policy hurdles
Advise on organizational change and policy transformation to support AI integration

Required Qualifications

Deep understanding of GenAI and Agentic AI landscape
Professional fluency in Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes
10+ years of experience in leading large-scale digital transformation initiatives
Experience in Tier-1 management consulting or significant digital transformation projects
Previous experience with Coupa platform is a plus
