AI Capability Leader

Job Summary

A company is looking for an AI Capability Leader to drive the adoption and advancement of AI technologies across the division.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the enablement and integration of AI tools and platforms to enhance productivity and delivery
• Define and advance the AI enablement strategy while identifying impactful AI opportunities
• Foster a culture of experimentation and innovation to integrate AI into everyday workflows

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 11 years of related work experience in programming and supporting software applications
• Completion of a technical training program and 8 years of related work experience may be considered
• Bachelor's Degree or higher in an Information Technology related field with 8 years of relevant experience is acceptable
• Experience in enabling and scaling AI tool adoption across enterprise technology teams
• Proven success in guiding teams through AI enablement and practical implementation
