Job Summary

Working remotely on a flexible contract basis, the AI Career Evaluation Specialist will evaluate and improve AI career guidance tools by reviewing career-related questions, writing expert-level responses, and developing evaluation rubrics.

Key responsibilities

• Review career-related questions from professionals in customer service and provide high-quality "golden answers.
• Develop evaluation rubrics to assess AI-generated career advice and flag inaccuracies
• Apply real-world industry knowledge to enhance AI career coaching effectiveness

Required qualifications

• Solid professional experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, Client Services, or Call Center Operations
• Deep understanding of customer-facing roles and career paths
• Strong written communication skills to provide clear and actionable career guidance
• Self-directed and reliable, capable of working independently without supervision
• No prior AI or technology experience required
