Job Summary

To support the development of next-generation AI career coaching systems, experienced Recruiters will work remotely on a flexible contract basis, reviewing career-related questions, crafting expert-level responses, and evaluating AI-generated career advice.

Key responsibilities

• Review career-related questions from professionals at various career stages
• Write high-quality "golden answers" reflecting expert-level career guidance
• Create evaluation rubrics to assess the accuracy of AI-generated career advice

Required qualifications

• Professional experience in Recruiting, Talent Acquisition, Executive Search, or Staffing
• Strong understanding of hiring processes and candidate evaluation techniques
• Experience advising candidates and hiring managers with a practical perspective
• Excellent written communication skills for articulating nuanced guidance
• Self-motivated and reliable when working independently
