AI Change Management Consultant
Job Summary
To support enterprise AI transformation, the contract AI Workforce Enablement Consultant will work remotely to facilitate workforce enablement, guide behavior change, and ensure successful adoption of new workflows and tools.
Key responsibilities
- Shape and guide the workforce enablement approach for AI-driven workflow and role changes
- Design and facilitate enablement programs that drive genuine adoption of new processes
- Equip managers to lead their teams through transitions, including readiness and support
Required qualifications
- 5+ years in workforce transformation, people enablement, or talent-side change execution
- Proven track record of facilitating real behavior change beyond training delivery
- Experience working within HR/Talent systems related to role design and performance
- Strong judgment and autonomy in fast-paced environments
- Hands-on experience with AI-enabled workflows and tools
