AI Change Management Specialist

Job Summary

Focusing on driving measurable adoption of AI tools and workflows, the remote AI Change Management Specialist will design and execute change management strategies, assess organizational readiness, and coach leaders to facilitate enterprise transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute organizational change management strategies with a primary focus on AI adoption
• Lead adoption planning for AI tool rollouts and develop user enablement programs
• Coach initiative leaders on change leadership and build organizational capability for managing change

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in organizational change management with ownership of enterprise-scale transformation programs
• Demonstrated experience in driving technology adoption, particularly AI or SaaS, in complex organizations
• Proficiency in structured OCM methodologies such as Prosci/ADKAR or Kotter
• Strong coaching and facilitation skills, with the ability to influence leaders without direct authority
• Prosci ADKAR or CCMP certification is preferred
