Job Summary
A company is looking for an AI Chatbot & Automation Specialist (Legal Focus).
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deploy AI chatbots within Microsoft Teams and M365 for legal service automation
- Design AI-driven automation workflows for document intake, validation, and compliance checks
- Monitor chatbot and automation performance, optimizing for accuracy and efficiency
Required Qualifications:
- Strong experience with Microsoft Power Platform and AI/ML technologies
- Experience with ServiceNow integration for chatbot automation and case management
- Knowledge of legal document processing and compliance validation
- Experience in legal technology solutions and SOP standardization
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable AI-driven automation solutions
