Job Summary

Leading the development of AI-driven customer service solutions, the remote AI Client Experience Manager will enhance chatbot performance, automate workflows, and improve service efficiency while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities
  • Own the AI and automation roadmap for the Client Experience function in partnership with the Head of Client Experience
  • Improve chatbot performance and related AI tools, focusing on response quality and customer satisfaction
  • Identify and implement suitable AI solutions and service automation opportunities across customer support operations
Required qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in customer experience, service operations, or conversational AI roles
  • A degree in Data Science, AI, or a related field is preferred; equivalent practical experience is also acceptable
  • Hands-on experience with AI chatbots, virtual assistants, or customer support automation solutions
  • Strong understanding of customer service workflows and support journeys
  • Experience with customer service platforms such as Zendesk, Intercom, or Salesforce Service Cloud
