AI Communications Manager

Job Summary

Supporting the AI Center of Excellence, the contract-to-hire AI Communications Manager will develop and execute communication strategies to enhance awareness and adoption of AI initiatives globally, while translating complex concepts into engaging messages for diverse stakeholders in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and execute the AI COE Communications Plan and calendar, collaborating with leadership on priorities and initiatives
• Create and publish engaging content such as newsletters, articles, and success stories to promote AI initiatives
• Support AI webinars, training sessions, and events by coordinating messaging and promotional materials

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, English, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in internal or corporate communications with strong writing and project management skills
• Proven ability to translate technical AI concepts into clear, audience-focused messaging
• Experience managing digital communications and creating multimedia content
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, Canva, and AI tools like Microsoft Copilot or ChatGPT
