AI Communications Manager

Job Summary

Managing the AI COE Communications Plan, the part-time contractor AI Communications Manager will coordinate communication efforts across various AI initiatives, develop engaging content, and support event communications in a virtual environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage the AI COE Communications Plan and calendar, partnering with leadership to align on priorities
• Create and publish diverse content including newsletters, announcements, and presentations while ensuring messaging aligns with AI COE branding
• Coordinate communications for AI events and campaigns, tracking metrics and preparing reports for leadership

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, English, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 3-5 years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications, or marketing
• Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications and experience with design tools like Canva
• Familiarity with AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot and ChatGPT
