Job Summary

Leading the AI communications strategy, the full-time AI Communications Project Manager will leverage AI tools to enhance communication capabilities, develop workflows, and integrate technology platforms in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development of AI-enabled workflows to improve efficiency in communications
• Spearhead the integration of technology platforms like SharePoint and Adobe for enhanced onboarding and communication
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and streamline processes

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of end-to-end project management experience
• Proficiency in SharePoint and experience with AI agents and automation tools
• Experience in cross-functional stakeholder management
• Background in customer communications and content governance
• Knowledge of workflow automation tools such as Copilot and Power Automate
