Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategy to build and grow a community of Agentforce practitioners
• Engage in strategic customer projects while leveraging Agentforce expertise for solution design and implementation
• Create and maintain enablement content and deliver training sessions to enhance Agentforce knowledge across the organization

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in designing and implementing solutions using Salesforce Agentforce
• Salesforce AI Specialist certification and Agentblazer Innovator status required
• Deep technical understanding of Agentforce capabilities and AI-related data integration technologies
• Experience in creating and delivering technical enablement content for technical audiences
• Experience in a customer-facing role within professional services or consulting
