AI Community Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an AI Community Manager to lead the enablement and engagement of colleagues adopting AI tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the AI enablement roadmap aligned with business objectives
• Build and manage a colleague-facing AI community to share use cases and best practices
• Design and facilitate AI training curriculum, including onboarding sessions and workshops

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field; equivalent experience will be considered
• A minimum of 5 years in technology adoption and/or technical community management
• Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI prompt engineering
• Proficiency with product lifecycle, agile/scrum methodologies, and change management
• Expert understanding of AI principles and strong AI literacy
