Job Summary

A company is looking for an AI Community Manager to engage and grow its community of data analysts.

Key Responsibilities

Grow and moderate community platforms such as Slack, Discord, and Gainsight PX
Drive content creation and organize events including webinars and meetups
Launch a Champion program to recognize and engage power users

Required Qualifications

3-6 years of experience managing technical or data-tool communities
Proven track record of increasing engagement for PLG AI or SaaS products
Experience with community analytics platforms and basic SQL/Sheets
Prior community work in the AI, data, or modern analytics stack space
Familiarity with Gainsight PX Guides or in-product tooltip flows
