AI Compliance Analyst

Job Summary

AI Compliance Analyst is a full-time position responsible for supporting the monitoring of the organization's AI governance and compliance program, collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure alignment with policies and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Support compliance activities for AI use-cases across the model lifecycle
• Coordinate AI-related risk assessments and follow up on remediation actions
• Assist with preparation of responses for internal and external audits related to AI governance

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent work experience required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred in relevant fields
• Three or more years of professional experience in compliance, risk management, or related disciplines
• At least six months of experience supporting AI model governance or related areas
• Familiarity with financial services or mortgage industry regulatory expectations is a plus
• LEAN, Six Sigma, or other process improvement training is a plus
