AI Compliance Analyst

Job Summary

Focused on managing compliance risks associated with AI development and deployment, the full-time AI Compliance Analyst will support the implementation of AI compliance standards, engage with key stakeholders, and execute risk monitoring activities in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support the implementation and maintenance of the AI Compliance standard
• Identify and oversee compliance risks associated with Traditional and non-Traditional AI, implementing controls aligned with the Risk and Control Framework
• Develop executive management reporting and key AI Compliance risk metrics using Power BI and other visualization tools

Required qualifications

• Proven experience implementing enterprise AI governance and risk management programs
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders
• Experience preparing materials for Board and senior management
• Advanced degree in Technology, Engineering, Risk Management, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related discipline preferred
• Deep understanding of AI technologies, including Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs)
