Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Artificial Intelligence (AI) Compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain a comprehensive AI compliance program aligned with organizational goals and legal requirements
• Develop and implement AI-specific policies addressing data governance, bias mitigation, and risk management
• Conduct AI risk assessments and maintain a centralized inventory of AI models used across the organization

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Law, Healthcare Management, or a related field
• 7+ years of leadership experience in a related field
• In-depth experience with AI compliance frameworks and best practices
• Strong knowledge of the healthcare industry and relevant regulations
• Proven ability to identify and mitigate risks associated with AI technologies
