AI Consultant

Job Summary

Serving as a subject matter expert for the Bells AI platform, the full-time onsite AI Consultant will support healthcare providers in implementing and optimizing AI-powered clinical documentation solutions while training staff and analyzing workflows to enhance documentation quality and patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Support implementation and adoption of Bells AI solutions within healthcare organizations
• Train clinicians and administrative staff on Bells AI workflows and best practices
• Analyze clinical documentation processes and recommend workflow improvements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Health Information Management, Healthcare Administration, Clinical Informatics, or related field
• Clinical experience in behavioral health, post-acute care, or healthcare operations
• Experience with Netsmart's product Bells AI and either myEvolv/myAvatar
• Ability to work directly with clients and cross-functional teams
• Experience with healthcare technology implementations or SaaS solutions
