AI Consultant - Legal

Job Summary

To support the design and implementation of AI solutions in Legal and Compliance functions, a part-time project-based AI Consultant - Legal will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop AI tools, enhance existing dashboards, and evaluate emerging technologies, with the opportunity to work remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Design and prototype an AI-powered chatbot to assist Legal and Compliance functions
• Enhance the existing Legal Dashboard using Box AI to improve automation and user experience
• Research and evaluate emerging AI tools, providing recommendations and support during implementation

Required qualifications

• Enrolled in an MS or PhD program in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, AI, or a related field
• Strong understanding of generative AI concepts and experience with AI tools such as Box AI or Microsoft Copilot
• Ability to translate technical concepts into practical applications for non-technical teams
• Prior exposure to automation tools or workflow design is preferred
• Demonstrated project management or client-facing experience is preferred
