AI Consulting Engineering Lead

Job Summary

Driving the architecture and engineering of scalable AI-powered enterprise platforms, the remote AI Consulting Engineering Lead will manage technical pre-sales processes, collaborate with partner ecosystems, and act as a strategic advisor for digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the Deep tech partner ecosystem and practice, integrating emerging capabilities into client solutions
• Develop end-to-end solution architectures across data platforms, cloud ecosystems, and AI/ML domains while engaging directly with clients
• Act as a strategic advisor on digital transformation, assessing current architectures and co-creating AI-led transformation roadmaps

Required Qualifications:

• 15+ years in enterprise architecture, engineering, or solution leadership within consulting or digital practices
• Proven experience in architecting data-driven, AI-enabled enterprise platforms
• Understanding of cloud-native architectures and AI orchestration
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
