Job Summary

Driving the creation of high-volume content, the full-time AI Content Lead will build and manage a content factory remotely, producing diverse formats and optimizing paid ads to enhance brand visibility and revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Produce a wide range of content including videos, ads, and written pieces using AI tools to maximize output
• Establish repeatable systems and workflows to scale content production efficiently
• Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns based on the content created, analyzing performance data to drive results

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in creating high-volume, impactful content across multiple formats
• Hands-on experience with paid media campaigns on platforms like Meta and LinkedIn
• Strong familiarity with AI tools for content production and repurposing
• Ability to build systems and workflows for efficient content management
• Experience creating content for a B2B audience, particularly in e-commerce and DTC sectors
