AI Content Specialist

Job Summary

Owning the content output across multiple channels, the full-time AI Content Specialist will utilize AI tools to produce and publish engaging content for newsletters, social media, and thought leadership, while collaborating closely with the PMM and SVP on editorial direction.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end content production process using AI tools, ensuring consistent brand voice and quality across all channels
• Oversee the editorial direction and performance optimization of the CTI Brief newsletter, aligning themes with category positioning
• Develop and execute a social media content calendar to enhance engagement with the retail and CPG audience

Required qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of content experience in B2B technology, SaaS, or a related field
• Genuine fluency with AI content tools, applying editorial quality control in daily use
• Strong writing fundamentals with a proven track record of creating engaging content
• Experience in contributing to a B2B social media presence with measurable results
• Ability to manage a multi-channel content calendar with minimal oversight
