AI Content Strategist

Job Summary

To lead the development and operation of an AI-powered content engine, the full-time remote AI Content Strategist will design workflows, train AI tools on brand voice, and produce AI-generated content while ensuring brand standards and delivering high-quality creative work when necessary.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and refine AI-powered content workflows for various formats, ensuring on-brand output
• Own and document brand voice, tone, and visual standards, providing clear guidelines for both AI tools and team members
• Produce high-quality brand content for key campaigns and manage external creative partners to ensure brand consistency

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in content marketing or a creative role with a strong portfolio demonstrating brand sensibility and visual design skills
• Hands-on expertise with AI content tools, including prompt engineering and training AI models on brand voice
• Experience building repeatable content workflows and automation using tools like Zapier or Make
• Strong creative judgment with the ability to balance AI-generated content and human creativity
• Experience managing external creative contractors or agencies to ensure brand-consistent delivery
