AI Creative Engineer

Job Summary

To build and scale the creative engine for restaurant branding, the full-time remote AI Creative Engineer will manage end-to-end systems for image and video generation, establish style guidelines, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance visual content quality.

Key responsibilities

• Own the systems that generate and process restaurant imagery and video at scale
• Build a style system that ensures brand-appropriate outputs across various restaurant types
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, and AI teams to develop reliable generation and processing pipelines

Required qualifications

• Exceptional art direction and photographic taste with the ability to identify and correct issues in outputs
• Strong technical skills, including coding and building prototypes for pipeline improvement
• Hands-on experience with modern image/video models and iterative improvement processes
• A systems mindset focused on reliability, cost, and throughput in creative output
• Customer empathy for restaurants and an instinct for brand expression across different cuisines
