AI Creative Lead

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time remote AI Creative Lead, the ideal candidate will produce high-quality, conversion-focused video content for paid social platforms, utilizing AI tools to enhance creative workflows and deliver assets efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Produce high-quality paid social performance creatives optimized for conversions and engagement end-to-end
• Deliver a high volume of creative assets with minimal revision cycles while integrating AI tools into the production workflow
• Collaborate closely with the Creative Director to create and refine briefs and team processes, continuously testing new workflows for performance improvements

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of proven experience editing direct response performance creatives for paid social media platforms
• Strong understanding of conversion-focused storytelling, prompting, and editing techniques
• Demonstrated ability to produce high-volume creative output in a fast-paced environment
• Hands-on experience utilizing AI video generation and enhancement tools within production workflows
• Proficiency with core editing software such as CapCut or Adobe Premiere Pro
